Lil Crohn$y is the alter ego of Matt Nagin, a comedian who has had Crohn’s disease for thirty years. While Matt is not exactly gangstah (spelled hella correct), he has had three abdominal surgeries, which he believes offers him mad street cred. Matt raps about Crohn’s disease as a way of raising awareness about IBD. The music video, ILLEST MC, was first played at a Crohn’s And Colitis Foundation Benefit at The Garden City Hotel, where Matt was granted the 2019 Mission Award.
